We use UltiPro enterprise wide for Payroll and HR functions.
- Very intuitive, easy to pick up a good understanding.
- Functionality is simple to explain and easy to train.
- Good auditing features.
- Switching from one role to another is hard for front level users.
- Finding your way to and around reporting is difficult for the front level user.
- Security in Cognos is the devil for admins.
- Consolidating HR administration under a single solution
I am just staring at my new company, but there are a lot of features that aren't being used because the company didn't have the understanding of how to use them.
Much easier to navigate for both the user and admin.
