UltiPro is used across the whole organization as our HRIS platform. It is used for all of our HR services.
Pros
- User-friendly.
- Offers a wide variety of services.
Cons
- The implementation process when upgrading software benefits prime in particular - Training is set-up after the software is already live to the organization (makes no sense). There is no clear direction throughout the implementation process.
- You shouldn't have to know how to write code to create a report.
- Time savings
I have received great support in the past when having complicated payroll questions where the help desk stayed on the phone with me and walked me through step-by-step to ensure the process was done correctly.
