We have achieved these outcomes by using UltiPro. Everything we do as a human resources department is housed within or directly influenced by UltiPro. We have great control over the security of the platform, and we save a lot of time by having everything right at our fingertips in UltiPro.
Paycom is also a great software that I recommend, but I think it's better suited to smaller companies with smaller human resources departments that may need extra support or looking to do less in the system. UltiPro is better, in my opinion, for larger sized companies where you have multiple human resources professionals using the software, and you're trying to accomplish a lot more within the program.
