Overall Satisfaction with UpKeep Maintenance Management
The Maintenance team are the main users of the software. The Maintenance team prioritizes work and it helps me track their time along with parts/inventory. This way, we can gather detailed information on reactive versus preventative maintenance and set KPIs to work towards and explain to goals we set for future projects weekly, monthly, and in the coming year.

- Keep the Maintenance team on top of where they are in the process.

- We want to be able to run reports that are not tedious.
- We want to be able to do quick views of work that is in progress to be able to prioritize at a glance.
- So far, UpKeep is saving time, the PM team can use their phones for updates.
- The phones let the field tech change, create and close tickets while in the field.
