Overall Satisfaction with UpKeep Maintenance Management

The Maintenance team are the main users of the software. The Maintenance team prioritizes work and it helps me track their time along with parts/inventory. This way, we can gather detailed information on reactive versus preventative maintenance and set KPIs to work towards and explain to goals we set for future projects weekly, monthly, and in the coming year.
  • Keeps the work orders organized.
  • Keep the Maintenance team on top of where they are in the process.
  • Helps to gather information for other team's reporting needs.
  • Stores all information needed for the accounting department.
  • We want to be able to run reports that are not tedious.
  • We want to be able to do quick views of work that is in progress to be able to prioritize at a glance.
  • So far, UpKeep is saving time, the PM team can use their phones for updates.
  • The phones let the field tech change, create and close tickets while in the field.
I call and always get an answer. If there is not a solution to what I need, I am assured that someone is working on it, or another way to get the information is presented to me.

I can add pictures to UpKeep to give the owner descriptions of the work that has been completed. Reporting has too many steps.
