Overall Satisfaction with Vena Solutions

We implemented Vena Solutions last year. It is being used across the whole organization.
  • Standard across the organization
  • Central control
  • Departments own their plans
  • Learning curve
  • As a small finance team, building the model was not easy
  • We have not fully used this function, but this is something we would like to use.
Scales up as the company is growing. Excel budgeting no longer suits our needs.
The workflow feature in Vena Solutions that will remind the appropriate team member for the due date is amazing. It works so well and is so easy to use and powerful. However, mapping data points can be time-consuming.

Vena Solutions support is always helpful and provides extra resources. There is a lot of self-learning though.
It is great when the reports are all set up during the implantations, but after reports updates involve a little bit more technical side.
