Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard
Our company uses Vidyard for video hosting, sales enablement and metrics. Our platform is connected to Marketo and Salesforce, so it is used primarily by marketing and sales. The main benefit our organization gets from Vidyard is the metrics. We can set performance indicators for individual videos, track their success in reaching these indicators, and make changes if they fail to do so.
- Account management. Our account manager has been great, with us every step of the way, making adjustments, answering questions etc.
- Support. Vidyard's support team is very responsive.
- Engagement. Vidyard does a great job engaging with their clients. We feel like they want us to do well.
- Player options
- Reports. The reports you can export with Vidyard, which would be very useful for internal reporting, are not functional. Some data is not included.
There are some usability issues, in that the interface is frequently updated, leading to a learning curve with each big update

Vidyard is the perfect solution for Marketing departments who run a lot of video campaigns. You can set goals for an individual video, measure that video's success against your goals, and make changes as necessary. The platform is also great with a Salesforce integration, as you can give your sales team easy access to any video they want, so they can engage with leads, clients and contacts.
