Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard

Vidyard is being used across our organization, as well as integration with our own product. It helps our customers use HubSpot more effectively and seamlessly ties into our product. For example, in our customer support organization, we frequently record videos to send to customers to explain complex product questions made easier through a video demonstration with Vidyard.

Vidyard is great for sharing video content to help customers solve their issues quicker. If you are looking for a new way to communicate complex demonstrations to customers from your support organizations, Vidyard helps to break down the barrier between experts and users of your product through easy to send video tutorials.

Using Vidyard

I would say VidYard is predominantly used by our Customer Support and Customer Success organizations to help simplify product related demonstrations. We record quick videos when explaining a certain product area or roadblock a customer is facing, rather than taking the time to type a lengthy guide. Showing is better than telling!
200 - VidYard is a native integration with the HubSpot software, so all of our Customer Support reps are able to support this tool as it relates to our product. It is a big value add for our customers, so we get frequent inquiries about using it their day to day, and also how to support any questions that may come up.

It has been an integral part of both our employees and customers experience. I would highly recommend VidYard to anyone looking for new ways to make their support interactions more personable and efficient. Not only that, but is a huge value add for existing customers of the HubSpot product as well.

Vidyard Support

I think there is an area for improvement here as far as Support goes. Would like to see better tutorials, live support, and documentation for users who may not be as well equipped in the tech industry as far as knowledge goes. I can see how others may find it difficult to get the answers they need in a timely manner.

Integrating Vidyard

I use this product frequently with HubSpot, which makes it easy to record and embed video content on any page of ours with a video content module. I also frequently access Vidyard using the Chrome plugin. which makes it easy to find and accessible at all times throughout my workflow.
