Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard
We use Vidyard in the Marketing and Product Marketing department. It it used to host videos and we use the analytics to optimize the videos for prime watching. The videos range from case studies, to quick tips and tricks, and product how tos.
Vidyard is really helping us see what videos have an impact, I would like the UX to be a little more "friendly" and to have analytics be easier to use.

- Video storage with quick uploads
- High level analytics to help you understand how viewers are engaging with the video asset.
- Great service! They are so friendly and helpful when you have time to reach out.
- Overall great, sometimes UX is a little confusing. I am not always sure where to go when I want to dig deep in the product.
- Analytics could be more helpful
- Integrations, I wish it worked with the solutions I use but that is a common issue with SaaS products
- Saves time- Vidyard has helped us store videos in one place
- Shows impact of a video- analytics on views and how long people "stay" with a video allowing us to optomize
