Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard
I worked with a small segment of our sales team to try out Vidyard and then implement a few seats. We wanted to use the software to make more valuable connections with prospective HubSpot users. We also wanted to try it throughout the sales process to share demos or product walkthroughs.
- Simple user interface for recording videos.
- Easy to track video activity as an individual user.
- The support team was super responsive and nice.
- Better analytics for the administrator would be nice.
- Chrome extension crashed or needed to be re-installed from time-to-time
- Price is a bit steep for a paid seat.
- Better connect rate for sales.
- Helps our team be seen as more helpful.
