Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard
Vidyard is being used throughout our entire organization. We use it in sales, marketing, service, and as a leadership tool, leveraging booth hosting and 1:1 video. Additionally, we use Vidyard with our clients to help with both sales and marketing. Vidyard helps prospects see us before we see them and helps us internally communicate with greater efficiency.
Pros
- 1:1 video in email with GoVideo.
- Great dashboards and analytics.
- The support team is very helpful if you ever need them.
Cons
- Would love to be able to jump between tab, screen, and camera view on GoVideo.
- Our sales cycle has decreased because of 1:1 video in sales.
- Email response has increased because of the use of 1:1 video, which has led to more qualified buyers.
I've used their soapbox platform, which is similar to GoVideo, however, GoVideo has been easier to use with Slack and Gmail.
