Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard

Use Vidio in Training, Marketing, Sales and Customer Service programs.

Pros

  • Making quick video emails.

Cons

  • Video Library is not easy to figure out.
  • Setting up to move and share video not intuitive.
  • Did not use the best features enough. We went back to the prior vendor of video hosting.
Easy to set up but the cumbersome non-intuitive library was a negative.
Evey question was handled and they helped resolve all the issues we had getting started.
At the time we switched we were impressed with the email process. it was significantly better than Soap Box. We switched back as Soap Box improved and the library difficulties became irritating.
It is well suited for use by a salesperson who wants to use video for short personalize communication with prospects.
