Overall Satisfaction with Vidyard
Within the Customer success department, we use Vidyard to save the recordings of the online meetings, Webinars, Video training material, and online training. Besides this, the tool allows for easy sharing with customers while still remaining in control of who gets access to the video. I like it because it doesn't require my customers to use specific tools to review the recording.
- Its easy to use and master
- I can group videos to maintain an overvieuw of all my materials
- Easy to share the videos with people outside of my organization.
- there is no easy way to edit any video's
- the analytics data per video is limited
- i would love to see some best practises in a helpcentre
- we were able to use vidyard to increase our platform usage and knowlegde
