- Well organized job layout/Easy to navigate to necessary components of a project
- Comprehensive accounting software
- Construction management software provides easy access to drawings & specifications for field employees.
- UI is fairly bland and monotonous, so it is easy to get lost in drop down menus
- Initial productivity loss due to large amount of information required to be learned
- Much more clarity on job costing and projections
Yes, instead of using separate programs that do not communicate with one another, Construction One talks with the rest of the construction management programs Spectrum has to offer which cuts down on repetitive work.
Spectrum is much more comprehensive than its competitors, and provides a much deeper level of insight into project costing. From bidding to project closeout, Spectrum's software allows for cohesiveness and fluidity where other programs are very segmented and difficult to track.
