Overall Satisfaction with Viralheat
We first piloted ViralHeat while testing a variety of social media management options, starting with our immediate marketing department within our division -- and were impressed with the social media listening, enterprise app integration (SalesForce, Marketo etc) and overall usability...so we adopted it for our pilot launch of a new product line.

- Better understanding of social media conversations and activity around key topics, prospective customers, competition, vernacular
- It was instrumental in our exceeding our pilot launch goals by revealing customer opportunities within social media conversations...more effective than email marketing
