Overall Satisfaction with Visier
With Visier, it has been possible to have a perspective on the employees and that goes hand in hand with the HR staff to be able to carry out an analysis of the working staff. With this platform, comparisons can be made using user data through Benchmarking, thanks to the fact that it takes various sources and thus has a vision of how staff performance is and whether possible corrections can be made to optimize business profitability. With Visier it has been possible to track how efficient a staff member can be in their work environment or when it is a project in which their maximum effort is required in order to do an efficient job. This platform has also helped to attract new personnel for the company that have the necessary characteristics to fulfill the tasks assigned within the company, thus helping us to obtain better results in business development.
- It is possible to have a connection with other departments of the company, thus allowing the exchange of data and thus facilitating the hiring of new personnel if required.
- Its interface is very comfortable and friendly to use, in addition to being very fast helping this to have good efficiency within the organization. It should be noted that its learning curve is very short so it is not very difficult to train an employee on this platform.
- The graphs of the results of the analyses are legitimate since the results are very accurate, helping us make clear decisions on the performance of staff.
- It contains standard measures of forces, making it possible to have a reference for what it is that is sought to be achieved, how profitable it can be to have “x” employed, etc.
- The mobile application is very rich in information. With this, you can see the data and analysis that have been carried out, helping to have another point of view about the company's work performance.
- I don't think it is suitable for small businesses as Visier works best when it is a large company where it is required to obtain the analysis of the workforce of a large group of people and in detail. So I would consider taking into account whether you want to include Visier in your company, whether you need it or not.
- The mobile application is limited in what it can do. It is very complete in showing the analysis but it is not very efficient in including or managing the data.
- Lack of customization: I wish you could customize the data output and much of the platform as well since there are functions we don't really use, so sometimes it makes it a bit annoying to have something we don't use.
- Visier has helped us to have a perspective of what we can be doing well and what not, and if it requires a change in the company in order to improve.
- It helps us optimize the recruitment of new staff and thus be able to decide who can hire and not lose an employee in a short time due to a bad decision.
- It has been possible to speed up the work done with respect to the analysis with the reports that are generated, saving costs, and the time it took to be able to have visibility of what needed to be done.
