Overall Satisfaction with Vonage Business Cloud
We use it for any and all business calls. It allows us to pull any calls we make throughout the day. It allows us to pull and use calls for training. It allows us to be mobile with our business phone number taking calls on our laptops and phone. It's all synchronized perfectly.

I haven't used anything else too closely related but Skype for Business has a lot of the same issues. Vonage's abilities and pros way outweigh the cons. I don't think I have heard of more viable software to fit our needs in the market right now. It has become essential to my workflow.
We hardly have any issues with it to where we need to call them. There was a point where our connections across the board were terrible and it held us up in production quite a bit but since then things have been pretty simple and streamlined.
