Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard AuthPoint
We use it throughout the organization. We use Threat Detection for computer management and AuthPoint for VPN.
- It works fine for VPN, but the AuthPoint sometimes fails and we have to restart the active directory registry.
- Synchronization with LDAP sometimes fails.
- We have AuthPoint recently implemented, we haven't had time to get feedback on improvement. But we have a little more confidence in our VPN access.
This is our first experience with WatchGuard.
