Overall Satisfaction with Watchguard Endpoint Security
We use Watchguard Endpoint Security as a lower cost alternative to
Sophos products. We've found it to be an adequate replacement for
customers who focus more on budget. Watchguard Endpoint Security offers a
decent level of security for its price point but seems far less
comprehensive to the Sophos alternative; which is out endpoint solution
of choice.

We work with Northamber as a WatchGuard partner. Service is generally quite good, however, there are times when license quotes take a few days to come back to us, which obviously delays customer quotes. Similarly, licenses can also take a few days to come back to us. This means it can sometimes delay projects. Though I have sometimes urged haste for licenses and they have delivered.
WatchGuard's unified security platform is invaluable at times as it allows us to centrally manage multiple products from a single pane of glass. This feature is often one we see as an absolute must when looking at new software. It saves a vast amount of time as engineers are often looking at more than one client simultaneously.
Sadly, we have not had the pleasure of utilising WatchGuard Cloud products together - only in their singular form. I can see how well this would work, though, as we supply other vendors who offer cohesive cloud products and being able to see such a full picture of an environment is invaluable.
Despite offering great value for money, comparing Sophos' offering to WatchGuard Endpoint Security we find Sophos' offering is far superiour due to it's support system, the distributors it uses (apart from Arrow), it's management console, the resource-light application and, primarily, it's ability as an Endpoint Security program. Though the fact we offer both solution proves that WatchGuard Endpoint Security has it's place in an MSP's portfolio.
