Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security

We currently use Watchguard fireboxes at our 6 retail locations as well as our corp. offices and distribution center. The products have allowed seamless and secure VPN connections and security throughout our organization while addressing our need for Muti-WAN fail-over support. We have never had any issues with failure or quality after several years of nonstop use. We love the Brand!

  • The long life and support of products have easily increased our ROI in this area.
We have found CDW to be a great partner in helping us select and purchase all of our WatchGuard devices.
The interface is user-friendly and easily understood compared to other brands we have looked at.
The fact that each location we have has different needs yet the interface maintains the same uniform structure regardless of which device we are deploying allows for a very simple setup process.
We think the fact that several areas are being addressed in a single license makes the product even more cost-effective. It also eliminates the need to monitor and renew multiple licenses on every device.

Price and ease of use are huge factors in our small business and we felt Watchguard was far and above a better value because of those 2 issues. The appliances we settled on offer equally effective service and features at a better price.
WatchGuard products appear to us to be very well suited to the small business environment. We believe the products offer a broad array of price points to suit any possible situation or business size. This allows a company on a limited IT budget to get a better bang for their buck!
