It is being used across the whole organization. Their products are used as the primary internet connection firewall and secures our internal network.

They have a somewhat high bar of entry for newer users or those unfamiliar with WatchGuard's platform.

I believe we achieve a fairly high return on investment except for some of the features we simply don't use (like email scanning) because it was bundled in. Lower a-la-carte pricing would help maximize ROI.

A WatchGuard partner was used for purchase but not implementation. The partner was great to work with.

Again, using them is a change from other platforms so there is a bit of a learning curve.

We migrated from our older WatchGuard to our new one so implementation was very straightforward.

It hasn't in the sense that we don't use all of the features but the package was cheaper than buying the pieces we needed a-la-carte.

Better price/performance.

WatchGuard is well suited for all but the largest enterprise environments, where other vendors might be more appropriate.
