Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security
We use across the enterprise as a security solution for network and wireless clients, connections with external vendors and sites, identify malicious software and with antivirus solutions, and for remote access of remote employees back to the corporate office while traveling or working from home. WatchGuard solutions are deployed at all of our retail sites.

Originally, we worked with WatchGuard through a network partner and since implementation have been working directly with them. WatchGuard documentation and sales information online provide all the valuable decision making needed for upgrades and renewals.
Allows the end user to understand the total cost of ownership, identify the key technologies required for compliance and allow for proper annual budgeting of technologies needed for business operations. Unlike many vendors, you don't have all the add-on requirements to get what is needed for compliance; very simple to understand and purchase.
WatchGuard is competitive in pricing and features with all the major vendors and typically rewards existing customers through their trade up promotions; these are excellent on upgrading to newer technologies while not losing the value in the older WatchGuard devices you are still running.
