Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security
We use it across our organization. We are an MSP that needs top security to protect our info and our clients info. This has helped us become more secure and allowed us to implement SSL packet inspections. We had to become HIPAA compliant this year and this was a huge help in doing so.

We are the partner. I will say watchguard was very helpful becoming a partner and getting things going on our side.
Having one appliance with everything included is what a clients wants. They don't want to feel nickel and dimed. This has also made it easy for us internally when selling a device. Everyone gets total security. Now we only worry about the device size based on the organization size. Its much easioer to train sales staff and tech staff on an appliance with one license model rather than many licenses. This also makes it easy when a client decides down the road they want a certain feature all we have to do is turn it on. Not say well now you have to buy this license.
Easier sell and much more feature rich. Clients like the big investment once every 3 yrs rather than monthly.
