Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security
We use it as our go to for firewall protection at our company and across 99% of our clients. This addresses network security.
- WatchGuard uses best in breed for their services, which means they do not try to reinvent something that a company is already doing well... they partner with them.
- Geo location blocking works great.
- Easy to install and setup.
- The only con I see may be something getting blocked when you have a policy in place to allow it.
- WatchGaurd, by default, blocks unless allowed by a policy. This is good, but you just need to educate users and techs to know what they are looking for.
- Very Positive impact has been with issues with WatchGuard that a tech can not fix. Get with WatchGuard on it and they will do everything they can to correct an issue.
We are the partner/re-seller so we sell to our clients and give any support needed.
Having a single appliance with a single license is a good thing. One license for everything you'd want and need.
We also have a one Security Gateway. Works good for a low end product but doesn't have a lot of features that WatchGuard does.
