Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security
We use WatchGuard Network Security as a first-line defense for our internal networks. The ability to stop unwanted traffic is very much desired in our business and WatchGuard products address our needs well.

- Other than a hardware failure we experienced that caused some downtime intermittently, WatchGuard took care of the situation and had it fixed with a replacement unit the next day after diagnosis.
We worked with CDW for our initial purchase and evaluation. They were thorough and had WatchGuard recommend what we needed before a purchase was made. They were very meticulous to make sure that everything we needed was taken into account and that what we were buying was going to suit our needs.
This approach makes things very easy to manage. Instead of multiple appliances doing different functions, WatchGuard streamlines a lot of security products into one unit. The fact that renewals occur every year or three years makes things easier to manage when things are expiring. Prices are fair as well.
WatchGuard provided better options for product cost, features, and implementation for our organization.
