Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security
As a MSP, we use WatchGuard Network Security appliances across our whole organisation, as well as to protect our clients' networks. The level of security and visibility they provide is unlike anything we've seen or tested.

As a MSP/reseller, we have historically dealt with WatchGuard directly. Their customer service is unbeatable.
WatchGuard Network Security has a crystal clear offering in terms of firewall subscriptions. Essentially you either sign up for Basic Security Suite or Total Security Suite, and each of them has a different set of features included and excluded. This makes it really easy to understand what you get and what you don't, as well as to sell that to clients.
