Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security
We utilize many aspects of WatchGuard Network Security. Some of the security layers that our organization utilizes through their next-gen firewalls are IPS, Geo, Web blocker and antivirus security. We've found the dimension log server to be very useful in tracking down and suspicious activity for deeper investigation. Their TDR platform has kept our on-prem and remote clients safe from any malware that has come across our network, although it can be a bit sensitive to ISV application files. We also heavily utilize their WG Cloud wifi platform which increases ease of implementation, especially when dealing with remote setups. We also take advantage of their AuthPoint MFA service to authenticate VPN connections for remote clients, we've never had a problem with it.

Absolutely, Total Security package is the way to go. All of the features have great use cases and we utilize them all.
