Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard Network Security
WatchGuard Network Security is an essential part of our Clients' Network infrastructure.
I havent personally used WatchGuard Network Security in about 6 years but the business doesnt seem to have moved forward as positively as I might have liked.
The products are good but the complications around subscriptions have made them difficult to sell

Pros
- Cloud management
- Config management
- Simple interface
Cons
- Cloud management has got messier and less intuitive
- BO VPN management is tricky when integrating with non-Watchguard systems
- Forced us to take a forced approach to Client security that hasn't always been appreciated
Very little. It doesnt really work like a unified solution
Not very well integrated
WatchGuard Network Security offers a good all-round solution but it isnt the most economic or best and has become a hard sell to Small business
