Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

We use it across the entire organisation. It allows us to collaborate with one another and have planned and ad-hoc meetings without needing to travel. We use the video, meetings, and the app together to bring our teams together, to share documents, to provide remote support, and most importantly to keep everyone connected.

  • Mobile app.

Cons

  • Use of resources.
  • UI complexity.
  • Improved collaboration.
I prefer Webex. [From my experience] MS Teams seems a little un-stable and uses more resources on my system.

It's really easy to use.
Webex App is great for collaborating with colleagues when working remotely. It works well for screen sharing, remote support, remote meetings, when your out and about using the mobile device. It also allows colleagues to collaborate using messaging in an asynchronous fashion allowing non-urgent enquires to be managed without the need for emails etc.
