Use Cases and Deployment Scope

In my current organization, we use the Webex app mainly for scheduling team meetings & collaboration. It addresses the main agenda of connecting with my colleagues over video & audio calls so that we can have daily stand-up calls as well as have team bonding sessions. The scope of this application is limited to team meetings for now.

Pros and Cons

The audio & video quality of team meetings is awesome
All our team meetings on Webex app are highly secured
The UI/UX design of this application is commendable

The initial downloads require administrative privileges which i don’t like
It is very highly priced for organization
There should be some more options for background during a video call

Return on Investment

Webex app has really elevated the level of team bonding in this COVID situation all over the world where everyone is so far yet so close & same goes for our organization
It has really proved to a product which has improvised the way we connect with each other
And the most important thing is security which is the core value of Cisco products

All in all, Webex app is more advanced in terms of security & functionality for enterprises compared to other conference call services.

Likelihood to Recommend

The connection speed is generally instantaneous, especially compared to similar collaborative workspaces which I believe is very good for fast conference bridge connection. The experience with Webex mobile application is not that smooth as compared with other video Conferencing apps, so there [maybe] some room for improvement which can be looked at.
