Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
We use it for Conference calls, audio-video con calls, meetings, events, training. It helps to provide a good tool to meet lots of people virtually over video audio and discuss. During the pandemic, it was very difficult to connect with team members and management and perform the duties which require close coordination. This tool enabled us to do it virtually from homes.

We use both. And Microsoft Teams are more reliable and suited for business communication than Webex. Teams are fast, easy to use, reliable, integrated with other Microsoft apps. Cisco Webex is slow, bulky, GUI is confusing. The user gets confused about the usability of this application. Sometimes app gets crashed. Not easy to use.
