Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I'm [a] user of WebEx for years now, this new light way to help people to connect it's easier for me and my customers, I have always been an active user and I like the product. Something that I don't like is the necessity to [install] the app in the device, so it should be agentless unless you would like to have the extensive functionalities but in any [case,] is amazing, I love it and I will use it as much as I can[.]

Alternatives Considered

GoToMeeting, Microsoft Teams and Google Hangouts (Classic)

It was not my choice, but some customers have it for conference rooms or simply communication or support so I am always acting as a user for this app and it will be difficult to replace it with any other app as they don't have the same functionalities or the whole capabilities as WebEx offered[.]

It is a great app, definitely, recommended for most communications with different parties such as customers, partners, or colleagues it's a great collaboration tool, obviously, there is always room for improvement, for me it's almost perfect but lacking some capabilities to operate with no installation for the app unless you need it[.]

Usability

It [is] like the app in almost every aspect, however, the commands can be confusing as the lines are thin and the background is white, I believe the visibility for the commands should improve by making the options more visible probably making thicker the lines or bold the characters for each option[.]

Likelihood to Recommend

I always recommend it to friends, colleagues, partners, and customers to make easier our communication across organizations. In IT is so easy to get restrictions for taking control of the other sites, but with WebEx[,] we have been able to overcome those restrictions and provide a secure way to do our job.
