Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
Webex is used for external [meetings] with Attorney clients/External customer engineers to discuss patents/product issues etc. It provides seamless access connectivity, really like the simple interface and haven't faced any connectivity issues so far.
- Clean simple interface.
- Good voice quality.
- Easy installation and quick call setup.
- More interactive features can be added like GIFs/Smileys/scribble pads/Action items etc.
- Eases communication.
