Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

The Webex App is an amazing collaboration tool that provides continuous teamwork with videoconferencing, meetings, group messaging, file sharing, and whiteboarding. Regardless of which device you are utilizing, Webex App provides secure, seamless, effortless continuity from device to device and from physical to virtual spaces. It is a tool that integrates with all of the other platforms, not just other Cisco products. This makes Cisco Webex App APIs readily available for custom integration with other software, so end users can design their own workstreams.

Seamless integration with Cisco Video Systems. Especially the intelligent proximity feature. The capability of moving video conferencing calls between mobile and video systems. Continuous chat and file sharing.

Easy to install and simple to use. It's feature rich with the ability to deploy respective Bots into Spaces as a virtual assistant is amazing.
We have various management and business unit stakeholders. We are able to create a space for each respective team. Conversations and contents shared are persistent and continuous which is why we love the solution. We are able to converse with external parties and still be secure through encrypted traffic. A seamless transfer of video calls between mobile devices, video systems, and vice versa. Integration with 3rd party applications is a bonus.
