Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

The Webex App is a fundamental tool in our organization. It offers a direct and quick communication tool between colleagues. As a Cisco Collaboration partner, we are providing Webex services to our customers which also enjoy the ease of use and unification of all the collaboration needs. Our customers' use cases range from education to multi-branch communications.

Pros

  • Organizing the work in teams and spaces
  • Unified collaboration platform
  • Huge integrations possibilities (Apps and Bots)

Cons

  • Clearer user interface
  • Better Italian support of specific features (e.g., Webex Assistant)
  • Pros: unification of tools
  • Cons: deployment difficulties when switching from Webex Meetings to Webex App

Webex App is well suited for enterprise-level collaboration. I haven't found scenarios for it being a less appropriate solution when the customer needs a more advanced platform. Often Microsoft Teams is a preferred solution when the communication needs are more basic, I believe.

Great functionalities, but I would improve the UI towards a simplified look.
