Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
Currently using it as a UC platform, similar to Teams. It doesn't hold the same usage footprint as Teams, so adoption is slow and we're likely moving away from it.

- Bundling with other solutions means as we move away from Cisco in certain spaces, makes sense to move away from Webex App

Call quality troubleshooting at remote user locations
Similar to other cloud solutions, more human factors to deal with adjustment. The technology worked as expected.
People can have some external life back, while still being productive. Contention around the productivity of remote employees does not always improve as they move back to the office.
Teams integration into other MS tools and other partners of MS are a huge advantage.

It's a great solution and quite simple for non-technical users to adopt all of the extended features.
By making thesse options easy to use, we've been able to see adoption increase. In the past, these types of features required development of training materials and focus groups to move the adoption needle.

Yes - It's fine. Even this survey doesn't work seamlessly on a mobile device. (Can't read the questions on several screens. Left half of the words are blocked.)
