Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Webex App is good value for one's money with robust and stable audio and video quality during team meetings. Other products tend to be quite expensive and Webex App is great price wise with reasonably good quality sessions. This product is quite convenient and simple to use with a good appeal to users from various backgrounds, technical and non-technical.

Pros and Cons

Great quality team sessions with good quality audio and video
Simple and convenient to understand, with an attractive sense of appeal
Cost effective for the great quality and standard of service delivered.
Installation of product quite straight forward with little to no hassles, it loads fast and hardly any glitches during usage.

Some users complain of poor quality and stability but I believe this could be due to their poor connectivity with ISP.
General addition of other features, comparable to similar tools like MS Teams

Positive ROI noted in overall business objectives
Improved on motivation of team members through effective and efficient communication.

Microsoft Teams

Webex is generally swift , fast , efficient and simple to navigate for users from various technical or non technical backgrounds, thus it gets the job down. Users get value for their money as compared to other similar products in it's range thus the move to acquire the product. Audio and video quality generally good and acceptable.

Support Rating

Would rate the product support highly as I have never had any challenges when seeking assistance on anything to do with the product. The support team provides clients with specialised attention and care, taking time to understand customer needs and queries. The team is always available to help and is simply fantastic to say the least.

Fantastic usability, hardly any glitches and issues when loading and using tool

I have found Webex App especially useful and powerful during multi project deployment where more than 50 team members were involved during work from home times in the Covid19 pandemic period. I would quickly set up meetings with my teams for constant updates on the project rollout in Johannesburg where we were rolling out more than 500 base stations. I would communicate with team members in remote areas at site locations and the audio and video quality was great with hardly any glitch. This improved productivity and milestones were met with eventual success story being made in the project.
