Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
Since COVID started, it was a hurdle in the way how to conduct meetings and training during work from home. We tried coming up with a solution, first, we tried normal video calls and phone calls. However, they weren't up to the mark. After that, we tried our hands on Webex and other solutions where Webex stood as the best team meeting solution. We could easily collaborate, come over the issue of not being physically present at the location and still carry on with the work, have a team meeting, and regular addressing of problems that were arising during the regular operations. A difficult part was selecting the right video conferencing platform. Choose Webex due to the options it had and the ease of use.

- Zoom and GoTo Meeting
Webex had better connectivity in comparison to the other two. GoTo Meeting has a little complicated layout and Zoom's annoying feature of connecting to the audio every time you join a meeting. Webex had no such things, it joins meetings and doesn't ask you if you want to connect to the audio or not and due to the security of this, we can carry on the meeting without getting disrupted.
