Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Webex App for collaboration with office colleagues especially for meetings, calling, messaging, and sharing important documents with my team. With federation enabled I can talk to my partners or customers on the same app. I can use the same app on mobile so that I can collaborate with my peers on the go through anywhere and anytime. This app has increased my productivity

Microsoft Teams

Webex teams interface is intuitive and easy to use whereas the Microsoft Teams interface is messy and it takes more time to upload. Integrating different applications with Microsoft Teams take more time and it becomes slow over time as the increase of integration. Microsoft calling is also not up to the mark.

It is easy to use interface. Works great at home internet. The video quality of the Webex App is far more better than Microsoft Teams. Integration of Webex App with Microsoft outlook with Webex Calling is seamless. Productivity increases with the use of Webex Teams. Also integration with Cisco video devices which is A Leader in the space.

Because Webex App is easy to use and the. the way we collaborate using the app has improved my productivity and also increased my efficiency in focussing on the work which I need to do rather than figuring out different tools at different times for different collaboration mechanisms

I use it on a daily basis to meet, call, and collaborate with my partner's customers and my peers on a daily basis. it is not suited for video on mobile internet. with an easy interface, it has made the day-to-day collaboration so easy that my productivity has increased and I can focus more on the work rather than figuring out different tools to collaborate.
