Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

We use Webex App as a chat client as well as a softphone for ten to twenty percent of the company. At the beginning of the pandemic, we mainly used it for work-from-home employees. It is the only option for a Cisco softphone nowadays and really locks you in as a user. Otherwise, the recent upgrades have helped merge all of the functions of the multiple apps into one.

  • Needs a log UCM Logout button.
  • Needs a soft phone disconnect option.
  • The application itself is still kind of laggy.

Webex App meetings are better than Microsoft Teams, in my opinion.
Every time I've needed support I've had a good experience.

Webex App is easy to use but it could improve on disconnecting the softphone.
