Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
During the pandemic, Webex App was used for remote conferences and live events.
- Easy to use as an administrator
- Widely available
- Compatable with devices
- Confusing for some end users
- Hard to implement in a hybrid event and have it look polished
- It would be nice to be able to get rid of things you are not using in the interface
- It kept events going during COVID.
- Adobe Connect, Zoom and Brazen
That is a hard situation. The choice to use Webex App was usually because that is what the organization being supported already uses it.
