Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

We use Webex for conference with external customers and internal employees. Before we didn't have a proper tool and it was difficult to set up meetings. Once we started using it things started to work smoothly. Currently we use it to provide support to our users when we need to solve an issue where we need to take control of the machine.

We selected Webex because we are a Cisco partner and Cisco products are known to be the best. When we evaluated it, several requirements were brought up but the one we were more concerned was security. Cisco showed us how secure it was and it was enough for us to decide to have it as our standard collaboration tool.
We haven't had many Webex issue in the past years. Considering the ones we had, Cisco always tried to get it fixed bases on SLA and provided a good customer support.

I reckon the Webex GUI is very friendly. The design is clean and options are easy to find. The installation is straight forward and if you cannot install it you can use the web version. The audio and video quality are awesome.
I reckon Webex is suitable on those organizations where most of the employees work remotely. We can use it as a tool for meetings and support. For companies which work with support it is good too as it can be used to control the remote device and access a particular device via console for instance.
