Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
I use Webex every day for contacting colleagues and customers. I find it makes life so easy for phone calls, IM, calendar reminders and I dont need to use any other communications apps. Meetings I host are easy to manage, send invites and navigate during the meeting such as muting all, sharing screens, allowing control to other users, I never thought it could be so easy to do these things so quickly and all in one place.

- i cant get rid of banner when screen sharing
- i cant find how to compact my chat windows
- remove the "seen by" icons at the bottom of group chats and add an expandable option at the side
- positive - most of our customers use webex so we rely on it to keep support ongoing
I like MS Teams and use it, but I much prefer the ore user friendly and softer approach from Webex. And I find the meetings in Webex are much more user friendly and I just prefer to use it over MS Teams.
