Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
With Webex App I am able to connect with my colleagues everywhere and every time even if I am not at office and without a PC desktop.
Webex App works both for meeting that I start and the ones for that I am a guest.
Webex App is also connected to our email manage system which is Outlook, and perfectly interacts with my calendar and appointments .
Colleagues at this time are located in different places and sometimes communication could be difficult but with Webex App this is easier because in a virtual room we can connect and interact one with each other, also sharing documents. This works also with external partners because Webex App can be used not only internally, and this is the best value for solving our business problems.
So, basically, the scope of the use case is improve internal and external communication without space or time limits.

Cons
- Sometimes has problems when you use many simultaneous connections with Phone and laptop
- When sharing big data files the Webex App freeze
- When you are on a meeting and you receive at the same time a phone call, the phone call has priority so other people continue to see you connected on the Webex App virtual room and are speaking with you but you are on the phone call.
- Increasing of the NPS (Net promoter score) on the internal side (employees feel better and closer even if they are located in different places), then they are more efficient
- Revenue Increases because clients and partners are more comfortable to have business without communication limits and they know they are not alone
- Cost saving when we share documents because it is not needed to stamp paper
Webex App is better than other tools because it can be easily used both by employee and internal partners and external ones.
Other tools ask for credential passcode or tailor made permission, Webex App doesn’t work in this sense and this is a plus.
Also Webex App reminds you that you have an appointment that is starting soon or suggest you that someone is waiting for you in a virtual room so you have everything under control, with the other apps you don’t have these features.
Another plus is that Webex App can be also used for phone integration.
