Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

This is our enterprise communication tool besides email. We also use it for meetings and at times integrate with the court system.

Pros

  • shares team related information
  • we use it for internal video calling
  • meetings among departments

Cons

  • constant updates that change the ui some
  • text typing and separating paragraphs
  • easier to integrate into the phone system
  • had its biggest impact during the pandemic
  • easy and timely to roll out
  • we rolled out 500 users in a few weeks from almost nobody allowing us to continue working remotely
challenges included lack of a chat tool, vpn access and security overall.
We use only Cisco Webex App as a tool as part of our hybrid work. Easier to share content and communicate among groups when not in the office.
We were already integrated with Webex App and chose it over MS Teams because of its integration with cucm.

It's good for our group, but does not integrate well with Zoom that others use
