Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

Primarily to interact with Cisco Technical Assistance Centre (TAC) Engineers, external vendors/suppliers and to test new features / compare with our existing offerings. Also using Webex App for Viper phones.

Ensuring the vpn client (Cisco anyConnect) and pipes/bandwidth can support the users.
The network / connectivity is generally better using the home Internet Service Provider & Cisco AnyConnect than it is being directly wired into the network at any of the various offices.

Microsoft Teams, Cisco 4000 Series Integrated Services Routers (ISR 4000), SecureCRT
Troubleshooting with TAC or colleagues, proving training and knowledge transfer with hands on experience are two examples of where Webex App excels. I haven't enjoyed large (10+ attendee) meetings with it as it doesn't seem to switch between talkers as well as some other apps.
