Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
We use Webex App for videoconferencing in situations where we are not able to have in person meetings. We use it in conjunction with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other VoIP solutions as well.
Pros
- Reasonable quality video stream
- Good quality audio stream
- Integrate with VoIP system
Cons
- Video quality is good but could be better
- Audio quality is good enough for my purposes
- The software could run faster and snappier
- Webex App has the impact of allowing our remote team members to communicate
- We use multiple Voip software so selecting from the best one for the purpose allows us to be flexible

Getting our users adjusted to being effective with multiple different VoIP software and conferencing software in order to maximize our flexibility. We also have implemented Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.
By implementing multiple conferencing and VoIP solutions, our users were able to reduce friction in communication with anyone inside or outside the organization.
