Overall Satisfaction with Webex App
We have migrated to the Webex App and I'm very pleased with the access to direct chats and spaces. I especially appreciate the TAC system is connected and it's simple to troubleshoot with an engineer.
Pros
- External guests in Webex has no issues
Cons
- The calendar synching can sometimes be difficult for users
- Positive impact as being our second videoconferencing platform
We use TEAMS and I'm very happy with the collaborative features. I like Webex's SLIDO integration as well as full slido.com access.

When in the Webex space that is created when a TAC is entered, I get updates and can meet in Webex with the tech and we can share screens that really solves the problem quickly.

- The fact that Slido is now automatically inside the Webex panel makes its use much easier for faculty.
- I like that the updated Webex Suite Meeting Platform has simplified the taskbar and made it easier.
- The user does need to know to click on the More Options vertical ellipse to see all of the condensed tools
