Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

We use it for video conferencing and online meetings. It's a really good application for that. It can work for both small organizations and enterprises. Its really easy to use and understand as well. It can be used for collaboration and sharing of data as well. We can also record meetings in Webex App for future usage.

Pros

  • With its ai capabilities it can also summarise the meetings
  • Amazing audio and video quality

Cons

  • It's pretty easy to use but the settings menu can overwhelm anyone

Our teammates left for their hometowns during Covid and they started working remotely now instead of forcing them to be available onsite those who can work onsite are only coming that also on their terms and we have given WFH to out of town employees for better productivity.
We wouldn't have been able to retain good talent. As a user of Webex App I can tell it has helped us a lot in retaining good talent. It also helped us be more client compliant.
It helped us immensely and made sure we dont face any issues with covid restrictions. it has been amazing in that regard. we never felt like we were not working together it was always like we were together only.
Both are good but the Webex App has been really good in terms of connectivity and data retention. Google Meet is good but I find Webex App better.

Webex App is really great for compliance as we are in software industry we need to be discreet with our and clients data so Webex App is HIPPA and SOC2 certified. And its also amazing for hosting meetings for collaboration.
