Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

We used Webex in our organization regularly as a well working application. Nowadays we believe that the full integration of other systems will give a seamless customer experience. So depending our on you IT and software landscape within your company you need to consider which is the best solution which works for you.

Pros

  • Stable connection
  • Easy access

Cons

  • good solution, but integration into other systems could be improved
  • webex should invest more in partnering with others
  • did a good job in connecting people
  • increased international communication
