Overall Satisfaction with Webex App

To schedule meeting calls amongst the members of the company. The software helps an organisation to connect and setup meetings that are required for planning, sharing quarterly or half yearly goals and visions, presenting and sharing the achievements of one team amongst the other teams and help them understands how the problem was understood and solved.

Pros

  • Scheduling team wise meetings
  • Presenting the screen for sharing thoughts
  • Number of people that can join a call

Cons

  • Costing could be better
  • bad performance in low bandwidth
  • Audio could be better
  • Setting up meetings leading to increase in productivity in especially a WFH environment
  • Easy communication when someone needs to urgently connect with someone leading to company having more productivity
  • Good presenting functionality, easy to share vision and goals
Zoom and Google Meet are cheaper in costing but Webex App is more efficient in handling team wise meetings, sending email notifications about the meeting and notifying people just before the meeting. Zoom and good meet are advised if the costing is to be considered as a attribute to solve this problem of connectivity.

It is suited when we require a software to setup calls and meeting amongst different teams of a company, the number of people allowed in a meeting are quite high as compared to other softwares in the market. Not suited in companies where the internet bandwidth is generally low and internet is slow.
